4.4 Goods & Availability: Brother Elite provides a diverse range of machinery & services, referred to collectively as “goods & services”. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order at the advertised price due to stock shortages, we will inform you and reimburse the amount you paid for those goods, alternatively with your permission allow us to place a back order.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Process: By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5.2 Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send an email confirmation with the corresponding invoice. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order but acknowledges receipt of your order
5.3 Payment: Payments can be made through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic funds transfer (EFT). Your order will not be processed until full payment is received. Proof of payment can be sent to info@brotherelite.co.za
5.4 Buying Products: Orders can be placed electronically for available products. A purchase contract between you and Brother Elite is established once the order form is completed, submitted, and payment is authorized. Products cannot be reserved, and items in your basket are not considered sold until the purchase is finalized.
5.5 Cancelling & Ending Orders: Brother Elite reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order with notice. If payment has been made for a cancelled order, we will reimburse the amount paid. You have the right to return items purchased within the terms of our Returns Policy.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Free Delivery (South African Residents Only): For orders exceeding R3,500, Brother Elite offers complimentary delivery within South Africa using an inhouse door-to-door courier service. This offer does not extend to locations outside South Africa.
6.2 Delivery Fees (South African Residents): For orders below R3,000, a delivery fee applies based on your location. Specific fees are detailed in section 6.2 of our Delivery Policy.
6.3 Delivery to Neighbouring Countries: Deliveries to neighbouring countries are not available.

6.5 Delivery Details: You must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays or additional charges.
6.6 Place of Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address provided during the ordering process.
6.7 Delivery Completion: Delivery is deemed complete once the goods are received by the purchaser.
6.8 Lost Parcels: Brother Elite is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Returns & Refunds Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect, incorrect product choice, or other reasons, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, account credit, or product repair/replacement. Please see
7.2 Exchanging Non-Defective Goods: You may exchange non-defective goods for a product of the same value, a different colour, or size within seven days of delivery, provided the requested variant is available and of similar value, any shortfall in value must be paid in full before any exchange can occur. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with delivery costs borne by the customer.
7.3 Returning Incorrect Products: If Brother Elite delivers the wrong product, do not remove it from its packaging. Contact our support team immediately (support@brotherelite.co.za) to arrange the return of the incorrect product and delivery of the correct item.
7.4 Returning Defective Products: If a product is found defective within 30 days of delivery, contact us promptly. Brother Elite will arrange for the product to be inspected. If confirmed defective, you may choose a refund or repair. If not found defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

15.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via EFT and cash, unless otherwise agreed upon.
15.2 Deposit Requirements: A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of an invoice, with final payment due before collection or delivery. Financing options may be available upon approval.
15.3 Service Charges: Applicable to warranty, out-of-warranty, and non-warranty goods, based on labour, travel, accommodation, and parts if applicable.
