All machines booked in go into a queuing system; the lead time is 7 – 10 working days (there are exceptions that may lead to a longer lead time – this is only when spares are not in stock or immediately available)

• Machine strip & blow out
• All moveable components cleaned & re-greased / oiled
• Timing checked (needle to hook & needle clearance)
• Bobbin winder checked & new bobbin wound
• Machine assembly & clean
• Final sampling including tension adjustment
